K1 Free Play

Activity goals: Experience the fun of free play by playing and cooperating with peers.
Activity introduction: Through free play in a fun and varied indoor space, children can enjoy the fun of free play independently, play with their peers, and feel the joy brought by the game.

K1 Wetland Park Tour

Activity goals: To understand the characteristics of wetland flora and fauna, explore nature through the senses, and cultivate an attitude of appreciating nature.
Activity introduction: Through watching biological short films and interactive games with professional guides, children can learn about the habitats and living habits of wetland plants and animals. Outdoor investigations can also help children develop an attitude of appreciating nature.

K2 Station Rail Voyage

Activity goals: Learn about the story of railway development, different railway branches, and know the rules to follow when visiting.
Activity introduction: Through the guide’s explanation, children will learn about the purpose of signal lights. Children can also try to ride the first generation of electric trains “Yellow Head” and the mid-term refurbished train “Fly Head” on the East Rail Line. Through different interactive experience areas, children can understand the development process of railways from multiple perspectives and experience railway culture.

K2 Little Tree Doctor Guided Tour

Activity goals: Explore trees through the senses, learn to observe the growth of trees, and understand how to cherish tree resources.
Activity introduction: Under the guidance of the tour guide, children explored trees through observation, independent exploration, and using their senses. They learned about the structure of leaves, measured trees and made leaf rubbings.

K3 Visits Produce Green Foundation

Activity goals: To understand green diets and cultivate healthy eating habits for children.
Activity introduction: Children make their own organic vanilla bread, organic vanilla tea bags, and organic vanilla cuttings in small pots. In the process, children use their senses to explore and deepen their understanding of a green diet.

K3 Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden's Whisper of Plants

Activity goals: Understand the interactive relationship between plants and animals, and learn to respect life and nature.
Activity introduction: Children rarely come into contact with the beauty of nature. Through plant appreciation, greenhouse sensory exploration, potted plant design, and herb planting, children build awareness of plants, learn the skills of planting and caring for herbs, and cultivate the virtue of respecting nature.

K3 Visit Sik Sik Yuen Lady Ho Tung Welfare Centre Eco-Learn Institute

Activity goals: Understand the structure of plants and cultivate awareness of protecting the environment.
Activity introduction: The guide led the children to the outdoor park to learn about the structures of different types of plants and gain a deeper understanding of the functions of different plant structures. During the exploration, the children had the opportunity to pick mulberries from the trees and taste them. The children also used leaves, flowers, and other natural objects picked up in the park to make collages to appreciate the beauty of nature.
